Welcome to Big-Rig Rescue(“Company,” “we,” “our”). By requesting our services or using our website, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services

• We provide emergency roadside assistance, diagnostics, towing, and repair services for commercial trucks and equipment.

• Services are performed through our authorized vendors.

2. Financial Terms

• A $175 Service Initiation Fee is required before dispatch.

• This fee covers administrative and coordination costs and is not applied toward repair costs.

• Payments are processed by Big-Rig Rescue. Your statement will show the merchant name Big-Rig Rescue.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel within 10 minutes of payment, the Service Initiation Fee will be fully refunded.

• After 10 minutes, the fee becomes non-refundable.

• If a vendor is dispatched but service cannot be performed (“Gone on Arrival” or dry run), a $100 non-refundable fee will apply.

4. Authorization & Liability

By requesting services, you authorise the Company and its vendors to perform necessary roadside assistance, diagnostics, towing, and repairs.

The Company and its vendors are not liable for:

• Theft, fire, accidents, or force majeure events.

• Delays caused by parts availability, weather, traffic, or law enforcement.

• Indirect or consequential damages, including lost income.
